A comforting, time-saving take on classic beef stroganoff made in an air fryer, featuring tender beef sirloin and earthy mushrooms in a creamy sauce.

- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Egg noodles or rice, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine sliced beef, mushrooms, onion, garlic, flour, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Transfer the mixture into the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Pour in the beef broth and mix thoroughly; cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from the air fryer and stir in the sour cream until well combined.
- Serve over egg noodles or rice and garnish as desired.
Notes
For a lighter option, substitute sour cream with Greek yogurt. Enhance flavor with fresh herbs or red wine.
