Description

A comforting, time-saving take on classic beef stroganoff made in an air fryer, featuring tender beef sirloin and earthy mushrooms in a creamy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Egg noodles or rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sliced beef, mushrooms, onion, garlic, flour, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture into the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  4. Pour in the beef broth and mix thoroughly; cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and stir in the sour cream until well combined.
