Ingredients

  • 10 Marian Plums
  • 1/2 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Palm Sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Thai Chili Flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Toasted Rice Powder

Instructions

  1. Peel 3 shallots and slice them thinly.
  2. Rinse the 10 marian plums thoroughly and peel off the skin, slicing the flesh into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Combine 1/2 tablespoon fish sauce, 1 teaspoon palm sugar, and 1/2 tablespoon lime juice in a small bowl.
  4. Add the sliced shallots to the bowl with the marian plums.
  5. Pour the dressing over the top, followed by 1 tablespoon Thai chili flakes and 1 tablespoon toasted rice powder.
