Instructions
- Sift together flour, cocoa powder, instant chocolate pudding mix, hot cocoa mix, espresso powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Cream butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar until light and fluffy using an electric mixer.
- Add eggs one at a time, incorporating well, then mix in vanilla extract and red food coloring.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in milk chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows.
- Chill the dough in 4-ounce balls for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake dough balls on parchment-lined sheets for 17-20 minutes.
- Cool on baking sheets for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
