Description

Delightful flaky pastry twists filled with luscious raspberry jam, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 sheets puff pastry (thawed)
  • ½ cup raspberry seedless jam
  • ¼ cup flour (for dusting)
  • 2 tbsp confectioner’s sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lightly flour your work surface.
  3. Roll the thawed puff pastry into a 12″x16″ rectangle.
  4. Cut the rectangle in half to create two rectangles.
  5. Spread ¼ cup of raspberry jam evenly on one rectangle.
  6. Place the second rectangle on top, gently pressing down to seal the edges.
  7. Cut the pastry into ½-inch-wide strips and slice each strip in half lengthwise.
  8. Pinch the ends of each strip and twist gently.
  9. Chill the twists in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
  10. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  11. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  12. Cool on a wire rack and dust with confectioner’s sugar before serving.

Notes

Use chilled puff pastry for the best results. Feel free to experiment with different jam flavors.
