Delightful flaky pastry twists filled with luscious raspberry jam, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 2 sheets puff pastry (thawed)
- ½ cup raspberry seedless jam
- ¼ cup flour (for dusting)
- 2 tbsp confectioner’s sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lightly flour your work surface.
- Roll the thawed puff pastry into a 12″x16″ rectangle.
- Cut the rectangle in half to create two rectangles.
- Spread ¼ cup of raspberry jam evenly on one rectangle.
- Place the second rectangle on top, gently pressing down to seal the edges.
- Cut the pastry into ½-inch-wide strips and slice each strip in half lengthwise.
- Pinch the ends of each strip and twist gently.
- Chill the twists in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
- Cool on a wire rack and dust with confectioner’s sugar before serving.
Notes
Use chilled puff pastry for the best results. Feel free to experiment with different jam flavors.
