Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- Melt the chopped dark chocolate and butter together over low heat, stirring until smooth for about 4-5 minutes.
- Stir in the granulated sugar until thoroughly combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition along with the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually fold this dry mixture into the chocolate batter until just combined.
- Gently fold in the fresh raspberries and chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
