    • 1 can (4 oz) Chopped Green Chillies: Just the right amount of heat.

Instructions

Brown Beef: In large pot over medium-high heat, cook beef with onion and bell pepper until no pink remains (5-6 mins). Drain excess fat.,Add Seasonings: Stir in garlic, ranch mix, and taco seasoning. Cook 1 minute until fragrant.,Build Soup: Add broth, beans, corn, and tomatoes. Bring to boil, then reduce heat to simmer 15 mins.,Creamy Finish: Stir in cream cheese until melted.
