Description

A vibrant and refreshing fruit salad featuring a mix of fresh fruits tossed in a honey-lime dressing.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 1 pound fresh pineapple, cut into 1-inch wedges
  • 12 ounces fresh blueberries
  • 12 ounces seedless red grapes, halved
  • 4 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 can (15 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1/4 cup honey (preferably raw)
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fruits: Hull and quarter strawberries, cut pineapple into wedges, halve grapes, and slice kiwis and bananas.
  2. Combine in a bowl: In a large bowl, combine all the prepared fruit.
  3. Make the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice until smooth.
  4. Drizzle and toss: Just before serving, drizzle the dressing over the fruit salad and gently toss to coat.
