- 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 1 pound fresh pineapple, cut into 1-inch wedges
- 12 ounces fresh blueberries
- 12 ounces seedless red grapes, halved
- 4 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 1 can (15 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1/4 cup honey (preferably raw)
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
Instructions
- Prepare the fruits: Hull and quarter strawberries, cut pineapple into wedges, halve grapes, and slice kiwis and bananas.
- Combine in a bowl: In a large bowl, combine all the prepared fruit.
- Make the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice until smooth.
- Drizzle and toss: Just before serving, drizzle the dressing over the fruit salad and gently toss to coat.
- Serve and enjoy: Serve in a large glass bowl to showcase the vibrant colors.
