Ingredients

– 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
– 1 cup Granulated Sugar
– 1/2 cup Packed Brown Sugar
– 1/2 teaspoon Salt
– 1 cup Cold Unsalted Butter, cubed
– 1 (20-ounce) can Crushed Pineapple in Juice, well-drained
– 1 cup Sweetened Shredded Coconut
– 2 Large Eggs, lightly beaten

– 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour

Instructions
