Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, and butter. Whisk until well incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Gently fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Scoop the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the buns to cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
