Description

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ½ cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar until well blended.
  3. In another bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, and vegetable oil until fully blended.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined.
  5. Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  7. Let cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
