- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
- 1–2 Tbsp honey (plus more for drizzling)
- 1 tsp dried thyme (or 2 tsp fresh thyme)
- Black pepper, to taste
- Fresh thyme, for garnish (optional)
- Chopped walnuts, for crunch (optional)
- Crusty, toasted bread (like sourdough or baguette)
- Crackers, for dipping
Instructions
- Add drained feta cheese and Greek yogurt to a food processor. Blend for about 2-3 minutes until creamy.
- Add pumpkin puree, honey, thyme, and black pepper; blend until smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl, cover, and chill in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
- Serve garnished with walnuts, fresh thyme, honey drizzle, and black pepper.
- Enjoy with crusty bread or crackers.
Notes
For a creamier dip, add olive oil or more Greek yogurt. This dip tastes even better after sitting in the fridge, making it a great make-ahead option.
