Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
  • 12 Tbsp honey (plus more for drizzling)
  • 1 tsp dried thyme (or 2 tsp fresh thyme)
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh thyme, for garnish (optional)
  • Chopped walnuts, for crunch (optional)
  • Crusty, toasted bread (like sourdough or baguette)
  • Crackers, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Add drained feta cheese and Greek yogurt to a food processor. Blend for about 2-3 minutes until creamy.
  2. Add pumpkin puree, honey, thyme, and black pepper; blend until smooth.
  3. Transfer to a bowl, cover, and chill in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
  4. Serve garnished with walnuts, fresh thyme, honey drizzle, and black pepper.
  5. Enjoy with crusty bread or crackers.

Notes
