Description

A delightful combination of crunchy pumpkin seeds, chewy coconut, and nutty almonds, sweetened naturally with maple syrup. Perfect for a guilt-free snack any time of the day.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin seeds, shredded coconut, chopped almonds, and chia seeds.
  3. Drizzle in maple syrup, sprinkle salt, and add vanilla extract.
  4. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  6. Scoop portions of the mixture onto the lined baking sheet, flattening them slightly.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Let the clusters cool completely on the baking sheet.
