- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin seeds, shredded coconut, chopped almonds, and chia seeds.
- Drizzle in maple syrup, sprinkle salt, and add vanilla extract.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop portions of the mixture onto the lined baking sheet, flattening them slightly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let the clusters cool completely on the baking sheet.
