Deliciously chewy Pumpkin Magic Bars layered with sweet chocolate, coconut, and warm spices, perfect for fall gatherings.

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter and mix until evenly coated. Press into the bottom of the baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut and chocolate chips evenly over the crust.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture over the layers of coconut and chocolate chips, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the edges are set and the center is firm.
- Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing into squares.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature or 1 week in the refrigerator. You can prepare the crust a day in advance.
