A delightful twist on traditional tiramisu, this Pumpkin Chai Tiramisu combines the warm flavors of pumpkin and chai spices for a cozy fall dessert.

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 8 oz. mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup chai concentrate
- 2–4 tablespoons spiced rum (optional)
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 24 ladyfingers
- Bittersweet chocolate (for shaving on top, optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form (about 3-4 minutes).
- In another bowl, beat together pumpkin puree, sugar, maple syrup, and mascarpone cheese until smooth (about 2 minutes).
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture.
- In a shallow bowl, mix chai concentrate and spiced rum (if using).
- In a small bowl, mix cocoa powder and pumpkin pie spice.
- Sift half of the cocoa mixture onto the bottom of an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Dip half of the ladyfingers into the chai mixture and place them in the dish.
- Spread half of the pumpkin cream mixture over the ladyfingers and repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Dust the top layer with remaining cocoa mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
For best results, let the tiramisu sit overnight. Use high-quality ingredients for the best flavor.
