- 5 oz guava paste
- 8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine 5 oz of guava paste with 2 tablespoons of hot water. Blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
- In a clean food processor, combine 8 oz cream cheese, 1/4 cup sour cream, 2 tablespoons honey, and 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Season the cream cheese mixture with salt to taste.
- Fold the guava mixture into the cream cheese blend until evenly combined.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with crackers, fresh fruits, or toasted bread.
