Description
A creamy and crunchy frozen treat made with yogurt, nut butter, and topped with chocolate and seeds.

- 1 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
- 1/4 cup sunflower seed butter
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- 1/4 cup protein powder (pea protein recommended)
- 2 Tbsp dark chocolate, melted
- Slivered almonds
- Pumpkin seeds
Instructions
- Prep your workspace: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix in a large mixing bowl the yogurt, sunflower seed butter, maple syrup, and protein powder until smooth.
- Spread the yogurt mixture onto the parchment-lined baking sheet, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Chocolate: Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle it over the yogurt mixture.
- Get crunchy by sprinkling slivered almonds and pumpkin seeds over the top.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Slice into pieces and enjoy!
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.

This recipe is highly customizable; feel free to swap the nut butter or add seasonal fruits.
