- 2 cups potato chips
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (for glaze)
- 1/4 cup sugar (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, crush the potato chips and mix with the flour and sugar.
- In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just blended.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- While baking, prepare the glaze by melting the butter and mixing it with honey and sugar until smooth.
- Once out of the oven, drizzle the glaze over the warm treats.
- Allow to cool, cut into pieces, and enjoy!
Notes
Make sure your butter and eggs are at room temperature for the best texture. Store leftovers at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the fridge for about a week. Can also freeze for up to a month.
