- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped

- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, rice, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well until fully combined.
- Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs with wet hands.
- In a skillet, heat the tomato sauce and water over medium heat until simmering.
- Carefully place the meatballs in the simmering sauce, cover, and cook for 30-35 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove from heat and let sit before serving over spaghetti, rice, or mashed potatoes.
