Description

A vibrant tropical smoothie that combines sweet pineapple and citrusy orange for a refreshing drink perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a sturdy blender, combine pineapple chunks, segmented orange, banana, yogurt, and orange juice.
  2. Blend on medium speed for about 30 seconds until vibrant and smooth.
  3. If needed, scrape down the sides and blend again for an additional 15 seconds.
  4. Add ice cubes for a colder smoothie and blend again until combined.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes
