- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 orange, peeled and segmented
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- In a sturdy blender, combine pineapple chunks, segmented orange, banana, yogurt, and orange juice.
- Blend on medium speed for about 30 seconds until vibrant and smooth.
- If needed, scrape down the sides and blend again for an additional 15 seconds.
- Add ice cubes for a colder smoothie and blend again until combined.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Notes
For an extra nutritional boost, add a tablespoon of flaxseeds or chia seeds before blending. Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
