Instructions

- Add brown sugar and mix until combined.
- Incorporate egg and mix until fully blended.
- Gradually add dry mixture to wet mixture on low speed until just combined.
- Fold in blueberries gently.
- Use a cookie scoop to portion the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Dust with powdered sugar.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until edges are golden.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
