- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- Boil the Noodles: Boil salted water in a large pot and cook the lasagna noodles until al dente. Drain and lay them flat.
- Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, pepperoni, and salt and pepper.
- Roll It Up: Spread the cheese mixture onto a noodle and roll tightly.
- Arrange in the Baking Dish: Spread marinara sauce in a baking dish and place rolls seam-side down. Top with marinara and remaining mozzarella.
- Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
- Cool and Serve: Let sit for 5 minutes before serving, garnished with fresh basil if desired.
Notes
Leftovers can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days. Assemble the rolls up to 24 hours in advance and bake straight from the fridge.
