A decadent trifle that combines creamy cheesecake with crunchy pecan pie for a show-stopping dessert.

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup pecan pie filling
- 1 cup crumbled pecan pie crust
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- Chocolate shavings or caramel sauce for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth (about 2 minutes).
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined, about another minute.
- In another chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form (approximately 3-5 minutes).
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- In a large trifle dish, layer half of the cream cheese mixture, followed by half of the pecan pie filling and a layer of crumbled pecan pie crust. Repeat these layers until ingredients are used up, finishing with the cream cheese mixture on top.
- Top with chopped pecans and drizzle with chocolate shavings or caramel sauce.
- Cover and chill for at least 2 hours (or overnight) before serving.
