Description

Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bites are no-bake, energy-packed snacks made with oats, peanut butter, and honey. These bite-sized treats are perfect for a quick breakfast, post-workout snack, or healthy dessert.

Ingredients

– 2 cups Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
– 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
– 1/2 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
– 1/2 cup Ground Flaxseed
– 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
– 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
– 1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed.
  2. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

  • For a crunchier texture, use old-fashioned oats.
  • Add shredded coconut, dried fruit, or nuts for variation.
  • Use almond or sunflower seed butter for a nut-free version.
  • If the mixture is too sticky, wet your hands slightly before rolling.
