- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup salted butter (softened)
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cream together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, and softened butter until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
- Add the egg and beat until fully combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and rolled oats. Gradually mix this into the wet ingredients.
- Press the mixture evenly into the baking dish and bake for about 15 minutes, until golden brown and set around the edges.
- Allow to cool in the pan, cut into bars, and serve.
