- 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
- 1 large egg, room temperature
- 3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup (150 g) granulated sugar
- 2 cups (476 g) heavy whipping cream
- 1 package (1.7 ounces) banana cream instant pudding mix
- 2 medium bananas, sliced
- Banana slices, for garnish
- Whipped cream, for garnish
- Chopped peanuts, for garnish
- 1/4 cup (60 g) creamy peanut butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Make the crust by mixing peanut butter, granulated sugar, and egg until combined, then pressing into a 9-inch pie pan and baking for 13-14 minutes.
- Prepare the filling by beating cream cheese with 3/4 cup sugar until smooth, then whisking heavy cream and pudding mix separately and combining them.
- Layer banana slices on the cooled crust.
- Add the creamy filling on top of the bananas.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Garnish with sliced bananas, whipped cream, chopped peanuts, and a drizzle of melted peanut butter before serving.
Notes
For added depth of flavor, consider toasting your peanuts lightly before garnishing. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
