Description

A creamy and nutritious smoothie combining avocado and peanut butter for a delightful breakfast treat.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup ripe avocado
  • 2 tablespoons Santa Cruz Organic Light Roasted Creamy Peanut Butter (or no-sugar-added peanut butter)
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes (about 9 medium-size cubes)
  • 2 tablespoons Swerve Sweetener, Granular
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • Few pinches of salt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Ensure the peanut butter is soft and creamy before blending.
  2. Blend on high for 30-60 seconds until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Stir before consuming as separation may occur.
