Description

  • 2 tablespoons bourbon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt butter and brown sugar in a heavy-bottomed skillet over medium heat until combined and bubbly.
  3. Caramelize the peaches for about 5-7 minutes until golden.
  4. Layer the caramelized peaches in a greased baking pan.
  5. Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  6. Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
  7. Incorporate the milk and bourbon, then fold in the dry ingredients until just mixed.
  8. Pour the batter over the peaches in the baking pan.
