Instructions
- Make Peach Purée: Blend peaches with 1 cup water until smooth. Strain through fine mesh sieve to remove pulp (optional).
- Create Syrup: Heat 1 cup water with sugar until dissolved. Cool slightly, then mix with peach purée.
- Combine: In pitcher, mix peach syrup, lemon juice, and remaining 2 cups water.
- Infuse: Add herbs if using. Refrigerate 1 hour for flavors to meld.
- Serve: Over ice, garnished with peach slices and lemon.
Notes
- Peel peaches for smoother texture (blanch 30 secs first)
- For frozen peaches: Use 3 cups, no need to adjust water
