Instructions
Make Peach Purée: Blend peaches with 1 cup water until smooth. Strain through fine mesh sieve to remove pulp (optional).
Create Syrup: Heat 1 cup water with sugar until dissolved. Cool slightly, then mix with peach purée.
Combine: In pitcher, mix peach syrup, lemon juice, and remaining 2 cups water.
