- 4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the sliced peaches, granulated sugar, and lemon juice in a large mixing bowl.
- Spread the peach mixture in a greased baking dish.
- Mix the flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon in another bowl.
- Pour in the melted butter and mix until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture over the peach layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the edges of the peaches are bubbling.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. You can add nuts to the topping for extra crunch.
