Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the sliced peaches, granulated sugar, and lemon juice in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Spread the peach mixture in a greased baking dish.
  4. Mix the flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon in another bowl.
  5. Pour in the melted butter and mix until crumbly.
  6. Sprinkle the oat mixture over the peach layer.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the edges of the peaches are bubbling.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes
