- 4 fish fillets (e.g., cod, tilapia, or your favorite white fish)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (seasoned or plain)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush both sides of the fish fillets with olive oil to coat lightly.
- Coat the fish fillets with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Place the coated fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh out of the oven. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
