Description

A delightful family favorite featuring flaky fish topped with a crispy, golden Parmesan crust.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 fish fillets (e.g., cod, tilapia, or your favorite white fish)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (seasoned or plain)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush both sides of the fish fillets with olive oil to coat lightly.
  4. Coat the fish fillets with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
  5. Place the coated fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh out of the oven. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
