Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cranberry juice
  • 1/2 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup chopped apples
  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mason jar or container, combine rolled oats, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Pour in almond milk, cranberry juice, maple syrup, and orange zest.
  3. Stir until fully combined.
  4. Gently fold in chopped apples and dried cranberries.
  5. Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  6. In the morning, stir well and add optional toppings if desired.
