- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries (plus more for topping)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, add rolled oats, chia seeds, white chocolate chips, and a pinch of salt. Stir gently to combine.
- Pour in almond milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract into the dry ingredient bowl. Stir until fully combined.
- Gently fold in fresh raspberries.
- Spoon mixture into jars or containers, ensuring uniform portions.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
- The next morning, stir and add a splash of milk if needed. Top with more raspberries and white chocolate chips.
