Instructions
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Cut the cinnamon roll dough into quarters and spread evenly in the greased dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and maple syrup until well combined.
- Pour the custard mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces, ensuring each one is well coated. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
