Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cold water, trim the ends, and remove discolored outer leaves. Halve larger sprouts.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer.
  5. Roast for 20-25 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving and toss gently to combine.
