Instructions

- Cut the acorn squashes in half and scoop out the seeds.
- Brush the cut sides with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the squash halves cut-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes until tender.
- If desired, drizzle with brown sugar or maple syrup and sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.
