Description

Delightful turkey-shaped Oreo balls perfect for Thanksgiving gatherings, made with classic Oreos, cream cheese, and chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreo Cookies (14 ounces)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 12 ounces Ghirardelli milk chocolate melting discs
  • 22 Regular pretzels
  • 22 Straight pretzels
  • 44 googly eyes
  • 12 M&M’s

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreo Cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. Add softened cream cheese and pulse until well mixed to form a thick mixture.
  3. Scoop and roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a lined cookie sheet.
  4. Freeze for 15 minutes, then refrigerate until ready to coat.
  5. Prepare pretzel necks and tails, dip in melted chocolate, and add googly eyes and M&M’s.
  6. Melt remaining chocolate and dip Oreo balls, placing on parchment paper.
  7. Attach pretzel necks and tails before chocolate sets and chill until firm.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing. You can customize the Oreo flavors and coatings as desired.
