Chewy, gooey cookies packed with colorful Valentine’s M&M’s and crunchy Oreo pieces, perfect for sharing on Valentine’s Day.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup butter (slightly softened)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 & 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup Valentine’s Day M&M’s
- 7 Oreo cookies (roughly chopped, regular stuffed)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream the butter and both sugars together until light and fluffy.
- Add in the vanilla and egg, mixing until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring just until combined.
- Fold in the Valentine’s M&M’s and chopped Oreo pieces.
- Scoop out equal-sized balls of cookie dough onto the baking sheet.
- Bake for about 13 minutes, until slightly underdone.
- Use a larger cookie cutter to swirl around the cookies for perfect shapes.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to five days. Dough can be prepared a day in advance.
