- 1 cup crushed Oreos
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the crushed Oreos.
- In a separate bowl, mix softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto a lined baking sheet and create an indentation in the center.
- Carefully add a dollop of cream cheese mixture into each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Allow cookies to cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
