Description

Delightful fusion of crunchy Oreos and creamy cheesecake in a cookie form, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup crushed Oreos
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in the crushed Oreos.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  8. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto a lined baking sheet and create an indentation in the center.
  9. Carefully add a dollop of cream cheese mixture into each cookie.
  10. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  11. Allow cookies to cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
