Instructions
- Combine ingredients: In a medium saucepan, whisk together the eggs, granulated sugar, orange juice, orange zest, and a pinch of salt.
- Cook: Place the saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 8-10 minutes.
- Incorporate butter: Remove from heat, stir in cubed butter until fully melted.
