- 1 box orange cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the orange cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil in a large mixing bowl, and mix until smooth.
- Stir in the white chocolate chips and vanilla extract.
- Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto lined baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Dust with powdered sugar if desired, and serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
For a healthier version, use monk fruit instead of sugar. You can also add chia seeds for extra fiber.
