Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 4.5 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 14 oz pasta (elbow macaroni or rotini)
- 2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 tbsp oil (olive or avocado)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
- Add ground turkey, breaking it apart, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Sprinkle in garlic powder and onion powder, mixing well.
- Pour in chicken broth, milk, and marinara sauce, stirring to combine.
- Add the pasta, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, about 3-4 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 12-15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Once pasta is tender, remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar until melted.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For the best melting cheese, shred it from a block. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
