- 4 pork chops
- 4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, sliced
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.
- Remove pork chops from skillet and set aside.
- Add sliced potatoes to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until starting to soften.
- Whisk ranch seasoning and heavy cream together, then pour over potatoes.
- Return pork chops to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until pork and potatoes are tender.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with Greek yogurt mixed with chicken broth. Watch the sauce temperature to prevent curdling.
