Description

A comforting and easy one-pan dish featuring juicy pork chops and tender potatoes in a creamy ranch sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 pork chops
  • 4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, sliced
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season pork chops with salt and pepper and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.
  3. Remove pork chops from skillet and set aside.
  4. Add sliced potatoes to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until starting to soften.
  5. Whisk ranch seasoning and heavy cream together, then pour over potatoes.
  6. Return pork chops to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until pork and potatoes are tender.
  7. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with Greek yogurt mixed with chicken broth. Watch the sauce temperature to prevent curdling.
