Description

Juicy shrimp skewers seasoned with classic Old Bay seasoning, grilled to perfection and finished with fresh lemon and parsley. A quick, flavorful seafood dish perfect for summer gatherings or easy weeknight meals.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp (shell-on or peeled with tail on)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 lemon, for serving

Instructions

  1. Rinse and pat dry shrimp with paper towels
  2. Toss shrimp with olive oil and Old Bay seasoning in large bowl
  3. Marinate for 10 minutes
  4. Thread shrimp onto skewers, leaving space between each
  5. Preheat grill or grill pan over high heat
  6. Grill skewers for 3-5 minutes per side until pink and opaque
  7. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges

Notes

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 1 hour before grilling to prevent burning
