- 1 pound shrimp (shell-on or peeled with tail on)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 lemon, for serving
Instructions
- Rinse and pat dry shrimp with paper towels
- Toss shrimp with olive oil and Old Bay seasoning in large bowl
- Marinate for 10 minutes
- Thread shrimp onto skewers, leaving space between each
- Preheat grill or grill pan over high heat
- Grill skewers for 3-5 minutes per side until pink and opaque
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 1 hour before grilling to prevent burning
- Don’t overcrowd skewers for even cooking
- Shrimp are done when pink and opaque with slight curl
- Store leftovers in airtight container for up to 3 days
