- 2 large eggs
- 3 cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 ½ cups raisins
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line your baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Pour in the vanilla extract and add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

- Stir in the Old Fashioned oats until the dough becomes thick, then fold in the raisins.

Notes
