  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually blend this into the wet mixture.
  5. Fold in the oats, cranberries, and pecans.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Let cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
