Instructions
- Combine 1 cup of Nutella, 1 cup of heavy cream, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar in a mixing bowl.
- Whip the mixture using an electric mixer on medium speed until it reaches a smooth, spreadable consistency (about 2-3 minutes).
- Adjust sweetness by adding more powdered sugar if desired, and whip again briefly to incorporate.
- Use immediately to fill cakes, cupcakes, or cookies, or store in the refrigerator until needed.
- If piping, chill slightly to achieve a firmer consistency.
Notes
Store unused filling in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Re-whip before using if stored.
