Ingredients

  • 1 cup Nutella (hazelnut spread)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • Optional: chopped hazelnuts for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine 1 cup of Nutella, 1 cup of heavy cream, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar in a mixing bowl.
  2. Whip the mixture using an electric mixer on medium speed until it reaches a smooth, spreadable consistency (about 2-3 minutes).
  3. Adjust sweetness by adding more powdered sugar if desired, and whip again briefly to incorporate.
  4. Use immediately to fill cakes, cupcakes, or cookies, or store in the refrigerator until needed.
  5. If piping, chill slightly to achieve a firmer consistency.

Notes
