- 8 oz mascarpone cheese (cold)
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Place the mascarpone cheese in a medium mixing bowl. Whip on low to medium speed for about 30 seconds until smooth.
- Add the Nutella to the mascarpone and mix on medium speed until fully combined.
- Slowly drizzle in the heavy whipping cream, then increase the speed to medium-high and beat for 1 to 2 minutes until fluffy.
- Add the vanilla extract and pinch of salt, mixing just until incorporated.
- If desired, chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
