Description

A refreshing homemade Thai Pink Milk that’s sweet, creamy, and bursting with flavor, perfect for hot days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup Hale’s Blue Boy sala flavored syrup
  • 3 cups crushed ice
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk (optional for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Choose Your Container: Pour 2 cups of milk into a jug or any container big enough to hold all the milk and syrup.
  2. Add the Magic: Add 1/4 cup of Hale’s Blue Boy sala flavored syrup to the milk.
  3. Blend Well: Stir the milk and syrup with a spoon until they are fully combined, ensuring you don’t see any streaks of syrup.
  4. Crisp Ice: Fill drinking glasses with the 3 cups of crushed ice, making sure they are generously packed for the best cooling effect.
  5. Pour it On: Carefully pour the beautifully blended pink milk into the glasses over the ice.
  6. Finishing Touch: Drizzle some evaporated milk on top of each glass for an extra creamy layer.
  7. Garnish & Serve: Consider garnishing with fresh mint or a straw for a festive touch.

Notes

Use room temperature ingredients for easier blending. Option to switch out the syrup for other flavors like coconut or vanilla.
