- 2 cups (476 g) heavy whipping cream
- 1 jar (16 ounces) maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
- Juice reserved from the cherries
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 bar (8 ounces / 226 g) semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- ⅔ cup (203 g) hot fudge topping
Instructions
- Prepare the pan by placing a 10×7 inch pan in the freezer to chill.
- Whip the cream in a stand mixer or a large bowl with a hand mixer, starting at low speed and increasing to high until thick and stiff peaks form.
- Mix the reserved cherry juice, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cherry mixture gently until combined.
- Add the chopped cherries and chocolate, reserving 2 tablespoons of each for topping.
- Layer half of the ice cream mixture in the chilled pan, drizzle with ⅓ cup hot fudge, and create a marble effect.
- Finish with the remaining ice cream on top, drizzle with hot fudge, and swirl gently.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until solid.
